The Best CTAs For Your Practice:

Book Now: Use the BOOK NOW button when you’re promoting an upcoming event. When prompted for a link, be sure to take your clients directly to the web page where they can book a reservation or appointment.

Contact Us: Ifyou choose the CONTACT US button, be sure to link this to your website’s contact page. Customers will expect a response when using this button so it’s critical that these communications are monitored.

Use App: If your business has its own app, you can direct your customers to it with the  USE APP button. Let your Facebook audience know about the app and encourage them to use it by linking the app here.

Shop Now: You’ll only want to add this button if your business has an ecommerce site. Link the SHOP NOW button to your online store to drive sales from your facebook page.

Sign Up: Does your practice have a newsletter? Encourage your patients to subscribe to your emails by adding the SIGNUP button to your page.

Watch Video: Add the WATCH VIDEO button if you have videos that you’ve made for your practice. Videos are a great tool to promote your top products, share your story, or sharing important updates. Add the button and add a link to your featured video.

We’d like to know, have you started using Facebook’s new call-to-action button? If not, what are you waiting for? The call-to-action button is a free feature that will drive more traffic to your website, and ultimately to your business.
